Overcoming Perfectionism Workshop

In this workshop, we look at beliefs in the need for (our) perfectionism, how to dismantle them and accept ourselves  as we are.   We look at ways to reframe the role of our inner critic, thereby using it to enhance our self esteem rather than decrease it.

A session to answer your questions relating to your awakening journey and how that looks and feels in your life, and to offer guidance as to how to navigate the journey.

An increasing number of people are beginning/going through an awakening.  I am offering this mentoring service to offer guidance, answer your questions and generally help you to feel supported as and when you need, wherever you may be on your awakening journey.
